    The $ 2.5 billion infrastructure development project in the tourist areas of Naran and Kaghan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is in the final stages and will be completed in September this year, said Secretary of Tourism KP Muhammad Tariq. Speaking to the media here, he said in the Tourist Integrated Development Unit Project (TAIDU), he was working on Rs 1,200 million projects including Kalam main road, Boin road, Kokoneel Road, Tehsil road and several others in the Home area, street food, public parks, hotels, restaurants and bazaars are underway and will be ready by the second week of September.



    In addition, he added that 510 million rupees were spent on renovation and development projects including cricket fields, flower markets, food stalls, playgrounds, street lights, construction of the Sharan Lake Saif ul Maluk road and Shogran highways. He said from Eid ul Fitr to date hundreds of thousands of tourists visited Nathiyagali, Kalam, Naran and Kaghan.
